Changing seasons can bring mixed emotions. On the one hand, we might anticipate what’s to come: special family traditions, maybe foliage (if you don’t live in Florida like me), and cooler temperatures. On the other hand, we might fight anxious feelings: like maybe we thought we’d be farther along on projects, goals, or life in general by now. Maybe we feel “behind,” “too late,” or perhaps dreading upcoming holidays that may not look the same anymore.
